classes are held at G.O.D.O.G.S.,
located directly behind Shaffer
Animal Hospital in Oviedo, FL. Agility lessons
are held in the our enclosed, outdoor training venue located behind
G.O.D.O.G.S. We are minutes from the Orlando UCF campus.

Action offers a variety of classes to meet the needs of our clientele.
Please check out the list below for the class of your choice.
Click

form in Microsoft Word format. This option allows you to mail
in your registration form and payment. You may also pay online
and save $10.00 off tuition of your favorite group class (does
not include drop-in style classes) by using the "Pay Now"
option located by the group class of your choice. When checking
out, please indicate which class you are interested in attending
if their are multiple choices. Then simply bring your payment
receipt along with your registration form to the first day of
class.

1. " Perfect
Puppy" Headstart -
This class is for puppies from 8 weeks to 6 months (small
breeds may attend up to one year).Get your puppy started off on
the right "paw". The focus of this class is building a
strong foundation through socialization, leadership, and obedience.
Please note, this is a 6 week class. Cost
for this class is $160.00.
Pick a day
of the week that best suits your schedule. Start dates are as follows..
Saturday
- February 6th from11:00am - 12:00pm
Tuesday - February 9th
from 6:45pm - 7:45pm
Wednesday
- February 24th from 6:45pm - 7:45pm
Saturday - February
27th from 1:00pm - 2:00pm
2. Adult/Adolescent
Basic Class - This class is for dogs that are 6 months
or older with no real previous training. Education including manners,
problem solving, and tricks offered in our unique, revolutionary
program for older dogs. Whether your dog already has a few skills
under his belt and you want to take it to the next level or your
dog is just getting started, this class will help you achieve your
personal training goals. Please note, this is a 6 week class. Cost
for this class is $160.00.
Pick
a day of the week that best suits your schedule. Start dates are
as follows..
Wednesday
- February 17th from 7:15pm - 8:15pm
Saturday
- March 13th from 2:15pm - 3:15pm

Intermediate
Class -
Developed for graduated of Puppy Headstart or Adult Basic, this
class takes the skills they have learned and adds the "3 D's"
- distraction, distance, and duration - in order to ensure reliability
in more difficult environments. Please note, this is a 6 week class.
Cost
for this class is $160.00. Next
class begins Tuesday, March 2nd from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.

Downtown Hounds Program - A perfect follow-up to Intermediate
class. Your dog knows his skills in the classroom, but how how well
does he function in real life situations? In this drop-in style
class, we meet at different outdoor venues each session to take
your dog's training to the ultimate level. $25.00
a session or 4 for $90.00. This class is held on Sunday afternoons
at 1:00pm. Contact us for more details and to sign up.
5. Canine
Good Citizen Class - Dogs that are 6 months or older are
put to the test in this fun and exciting class. Pass the test at
the end of class and earn this official AKC sponsored award. Visit

note, this is a 5 week class. Cost for this
class is $149.00. Next class begins Thursday, February 25th from
6:45pm - 7:45pm.

Reactive Rovers/ Cautious Canines Class - This class is
for dogs that have difficulty in social settings with others dogs
and/or people (fearful, shy, etc.). You will be taught skills that
will help your dog change its behavior and emotion from negative
to positive in the situations it normally feels apprehensive. Please
note, this is a 5 week class and class size is limited. Cost for
this class is $149.00. Next class begins Tuesday, February 23rd
from 6:45pm - 7:45pm.
7. Agility -
Level I (Beginner Agility) - This class introduces dogs
and puppies with basic training experience to the world of agility.
This class is strictly non-competitive and includes obstacles such
as the teeter totter, weave poles, tire jump, tunnels, broad jump,
and more. Please note, this is a 8 week class. Cost
for this class is $179.00. Check back for next start date early
2010.
8. Agility Level
II (Intermediate Agility) - This class is for those who
have become addicted to the sport. We introduce the canine/handler
team to simple sequencing, intermediate handling skills, and obstacle
proofing with emphasis on precision and speed.
This is a drop-in style class. Please click

9.
Pet Star Tricks Class - Teach your dog to bow, wave, crawl,
play dead, and many other fun behaviors. Please
note, this is a 6 week class. Cost
for this class is $160.00. Next
class begins Wednesday, February 24th from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.

Advanced Tricks - Sequencing tricks together to perform
such behaviors as putting toys away or doing a dance routine with
you. Please note, this is a drop in style class.$25.00
a session or 4 for $90.00. Contact

11.
Conformation Class (Show Dog Handling Instruction) - Our
instructor, Angela Pickett, is currently taking a break from group
classes. She will still do private session for those who are interested.

classes are $20 per hour.
